We are not responsible for unclaimed garments. Items left for 60 days after due date are considered abandoned garments and donated to local charity.
We exercise the utmost care in processing articles entrusted to us and use processes which are the best suited to the nature and condition of each item. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials or construction that are not readily apparent prior to processing.
We do not guarantee against damage to weak and delicate fabrics, buttons, embellishments, and notions.
We do not guarantee against color loss, fading, bleeding, or shrinkage.
We do not guarantee the removal of stains.
At our sole discretion we may reimburse clients for lost or damaged dry cleaning items in accordance with the Dry Cleaning and Fabricare Institute and shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition. Customers must notify Howdy Cleaners within 7 business days of receipt of an order of any lost or damaged items. Failure to do so constitutes waiver of a claim for any lost or damaged items from that order.
We are not responsible for clothing before it has been pick-up or after it has been delivered. We have no control of the security or shelter conditions of your residence.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the clothing such as money, jewelry or anything else. We are also not responsible for items left in clothing (ink pen, marker, lip balm, etc) that may result in damage to clothing during wash. Customers agree to not leave such items in the clothing at drop-off.
Clothing and Household items processed with our Wash-and-Fold service are sorted by color, washed and dried in traditional washing machines and dryers. We do not read care labels, inspect clothing for stains or damages or inventory the items. This service is not safe for items that require any special treatment beyond color sorting, washing, drying and folding. Similar to home laundry, this type of process results in gradual loss of color and change to the hand of the fabric. We do not reimburse for garments damaged in the wash and fold process. Because we do not inventory or track individual items being processed by-the-pound (Wash-and-Fold), we cannot verify specific items were in our care and therefore do not reimburse for lost or missing items.
We reserve the right to refuse service to customers or refuse cleaning of any item.
We will never, ever sell or give away your personal information.
All transactions with us are handled 100% in-house and are completely secure. We will only use your credit card for processing payments.
Howdy Cleaners liability under this agreement shall be limited to general money damages in an amount not to exceed the charges for the term of service paid by Customer in the term under which the damages are alleged to have occurred. This liability shall be the extent of Howdy Cleaners liability regardless of the form in which any legal or equitable action may be brought and the foregoing shall constitute Customers exclusive remedy. In no event will Howdy Cleaners be held liable or be responsible for any consequential, special, indirect, incidental, or punitive loss or damages whether or not Howdy Cleaners knew or should have known of the likelihood of any loss or damages. Howdy Cleaners disclaims all warranties express or implied with respect to the services rendered under this agreement.
